While indoor security cameras are a cheap and easy way to check in when you are away from home, you must weigh the privacy risks. There are legitimate reasons you might want an indoor security camera (I run through some below), but inviting a camera into your home is a big step, and you must make sure everyone in the home is aware and on board.
